THE CIRCLE is a private, member-only part of the When Others Sleep website.

By joining or accessing THE CIRCLE, you agree to these Terms of Access.

1. Personal Access

Your Circle membership is personal and non-transferable.

It gives you permission to view the member-only content made available to you for your own private, non-commercial use.

It does not give you ownership of that content or transfer any copyright or other intellectual property rights to you.

2. Ownership

When Others Sleep, BEFORE, and the original content made available through THE CIRCLE are protected works.

This includes, where applicable, chapters, drafts, written material, characters, story material, photographs, images, artwork, videos, audio, messages, conversations, graphics, and other original Circle content.

All rights not expressly granted to you remain with the author or the applicable rights holder.

3. Please Keep THE CIRCLE Inside THE CIRCLE

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, repost, upload, distribute, share, sell, sublicense, or otherwise make member-only Circle content available outside THE CIRCLE without prior written permission.

This includes screenshots, screen recordings, photographs of protected content, copied text, downloaded media, and substantially reproduced Circle material.

You may not share your Circle account or give another person access through your account.

In short: what is shared inside THE CIRCLE should stay inside THE CIRCLE.

4. No Piracy or Unauthorized Distribution

You may not upload Circle content to file-sharing services, piracy sites, social networks, forums, repositories, archives, databases, AI datasets, or other public or private distribution services without prior written permission.

You may not remove or alter copyright notices, credits, watermarks, or other rights information attached to Circle content.

5. No Ownership or Rights Claims

Access to THE CIRCLE does not give you any ownership interest in When Others Sleep, BEFORE, THE CIRCLE, or any content made available through them.

You may not claim to be the author, creator, owner, or rights holder of Circle content.

You may not register, attempt to register, or claim copyright, trademark, design, or other intellectual property rights based on Circle content, or falsely represent yourself as the rights holder.

You may not submit copyright claims, takedown requests, platform ownership claims, or similar notices claiming rights that belong to the author or another legitimate rights holder.

6. No Commercial or AI Use

Circle content may not be commercially exploited without prior written permission.

You may not use member-only Circle content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, develop, populate, or materially contribute to an artificial intelligence model, machine-learning system, dataset, or similar technology without prior written permission.

Automated scraping, harvesting, or systematic extraction of Circle content is also prohibited.

7. Feedback

I genuinely welcome corrections, comments, and suggestions from Circle members.

If you send feedback about When Others Sleep or other Circle content, you do so voluntarily.

Providing feedback does not make you a co-author, co-owner, or rights holder in When Others Sleep, BEFORE, or any related work.

To the extent your feedback itself contains protectable material, you give the author permission to use, adapt, incorporate, reproduce, or disregard that feedback in connection with When Others Sleep and related works without payment or attribution, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Circle Content Can Change

THE CIRCLE is a growing space.

Content may be added, changed, updated, rotated, or removed over time.

Membership does not guarantee that any particular chapter, image, video, message, or other item will remain available indefinitely.

9. Suspension or Removal

Access to THE CIRCLE may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are materially violated, including unauthorized copying, public sharing, piracy, account sharing, or false ownership claims.

A violation may also result in enforcement of any rights and remedies available under applicable law.

10. Legal Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be waived or excluded.

Any limitations in these Terms apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected when you join or use THE CIRCLE is handled separately under the website's Privacy Policy.

Acceptance of these Terms is not, by itself, consent to receive unrelated marketing communications.
