This website is hosted by Squarespace.

Where newsletter engagement tracking is enabled, information about email opens and link clicks is also processed.
The purpose of this processing is to send the newsletter, manage subscriptions and, where consented to, measure newsletter engagement.

Records necessary to demonstrate that consent was given may be retained on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is being able to demonstrate compliance with applicable consent requirements.

5. The Circle Member Account
If you create a The Circle member account, Squarespace processes your email address and the technical account and authentication data required to create, authenticate and administer the account.
The purpose of this processing is to manage your account and provide access to member-only content.

The information required for the account must be provided if you want to use the member area. Without it, a member account cannot be provided.
Account data is retained for as long as the account is active and thereafter only for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations or deal with related legal claims.

If you contact me, I process the information you provide in order to respond to your enquiry.
For general enquiries, the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, based on the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Where your message relates to an existing or proposed contractual relationship, the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
The information is retained for as long as necessary to deal with the enquiry and thereafter only where retention is required by law or necessary in connection with legal claims.
